Thank you for shopping at the official CUNY merchandise store, managed by Alp’s Apparel.

All items sold through this store are produced on a print-on-demand basis. Because each item is made specifically for the customer after an order is placed, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to sizing, color preference, change of mind, or incorrect item selection.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If there is an issue with your order, such as a damaged item, defective product, printing error, or incorrect item received, please contact Alp’s Apparel as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step, which may include a replacement or refund.

Sizing and Product Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and order details before completing a purchase. Since all products are made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for items that do not fit as expected.
